✨1 cup organic cashew butter (plus extra if needed)
✨1 cup MVP Vanilla Protein (or any flavor of your choice!)
✨1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
✨1 cup finely blended organic oats or almond flour
✨1/2 cup chocolate chips
✨ 2 tbs flax meal
✨Optional: Dark chocolate and coconut oil to drizzle or coat.
Recipe makes 18 truffles.
Add all wet ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. If needed, add in a little more cashew butter or a splash of almond milk to get your desired consistency. Roll them into balls and drizzle with chocolate melted with coconut oil!
