What Is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness means maintaining present awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and surrounding environment.
Mindfulness also involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them—without believing, for instance, that there is a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment.
It provides you with the ability to respond versus react to challenging situations.
It allows you to slow down and listen to your inner voice. It reminds you that all the answers are already within you. It is a tool to make every single area of your life improve.
