1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
10 drops SweetLeaf SteviaClear
salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz. chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup apple, diced
In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, vinegar, stevia, salt and pepper.
Add chicken, celery and apple and mix until evenly coated.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes (best overnight) before serving.
Notes 1 serving = 4 oz. protein, 1/4 serving fruit
