Functional Wellness Coaching is a partnership between a consultant who understands how human behavior impacts motivation and health and a client who wants to make a change but doesn't know "Where to Start?". My coaching program is individually designed to help my clients set and achieve goals and build new habits. I offer the right kind of support to help my clients make lifestyle and behavior changes that are critical to their health, based on bio-individuality.
Bio-individuality: The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run.
